Returns Policy
Saints Superstore want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase. The item must be unused with its original packaging where possible and must be in a re-saleable condition; this includes no writing or instructions on the packaging.

How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item simply pack up and return the goods in relevant packaging with your reason for return or exchange. Then post the item back to us. The address to return it to is: Saints Superstore, BrewDog Stadium, McManus Drive, St Helens Merseyside. WA9 3AL. Please note that Personalised shirts cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers fault in the shirt.If you are exchanging a product we will then send out a replacement once the original has been delivered back to us. There will be a return charge of £4.50 for goods exchanged to cover postal costs.

What should I do if an item is broken or faulty?
Firstly you should inform the team at Saints Direct by emailing them at [email protected] telling them the fault with the goods. Then post the item back to us. The address to return it to is: Saints Superstore, BrewDog Stadium, McManus Drive, St Helens Merseyside. WA9 3AL. Once we have received the item we will send out a replacement and reimburse the postage costs. You can call the Web store on 01744 455075.

Online Exclusive Items

Online Exclusive items are made to order by our third-party supplier and are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days.

Non-personalised Online Exclusive items may be returned in line with our Returns Policy. If you wish to exchange for a different Online Exclusive item, a refund will be issued (subject to the item meeting our returns conditions), and a new order will need to be placed.

Please note that Shop by Player items cannot be refunded or exchanged if a player changes their squad number or leaves the club after your order has been placed.
