Saints Superstore want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused with its original packaging where possible and must be in a re-saleable condition; this includes no writing or instructions on the packaging. All SALE items can only be exchanged for similar items or vouchers.
N.B Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns for any items of food or beverage.
We may accept returns after 14 days, but only at our discretion. In such an instance, credit may not be 100% of the value of the item, due to the cost of restocking. To make a return, please seal the item in the original packaging where possible and return to Saints at the following address:-.

When doing so however, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your personal details, the reason for return, product code, quantity and your receipt/invoice number if applicable or details of the date of purchase.
DVDs, CDs, Software, Books, Magazines and Underwear cannot be resold if the packaging is opened. You cannot therefore return one of these items once the packaging has been opened unless it is faulty or damaged.
Personalised Shirts cannot be exchanged unless the item is faulty. If you are unsure of your correct shirt size please do not proceed with Personalisation. Saints Superstore cannot accept resposibility should a player leave the club or change squad number.
Returning goods bought as special offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi buy discount offer (e.g. buy 2 for 30) you will be refunded the full price of that item, less the total discount given in the offer, if you return all items purchased with the multi buy discount, you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value. For combination purchases e.g. 'buy one get one free' or 'get the lowest item free', you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item simply pack up and return the goods in relevant packaging with your reason for return or exchange. Then post the item back to us. The address to return it to is: Saints Superstore, Langtree Park, McManus Drive, St Helens Merseyside. WA9 3AL. Please note that Personalised shirts cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers fault in the shirt.If you are exchanging a product we will then send out a replacement once the original has been delivered back to us. There will be a return charge of 5.90 for goods exchanged to cover postal costs.
What should I do if an item is broken or faulty?
Firstly you should inform the team at Saints Direct by emailing them at email@example.com telling them the fault with the goods. Then post the item back to us.
