Items marked Online Exclusive are made to order by our third-party supplier.

Orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days, although delivery times may be longer during busy periods.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on Online Exclusive items, provided they have not been personalised and are returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If you wish to exchange an Online Exclusive item, a second delivery charge will apply for the replacement item to be dispatched, unless the item is deemed faulty by the supplier.
