Printing
Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous season's Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before having your printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. We cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.


Washing Instructions
In order to preserve your shirt personalisation, we advise that personalised shirts are washed inside out and without fabric conditioner. Do not tumble dry the shirt as this may cause the printing to loosen. Please do not dry your shirts on radiators as this may cause the inks in the shirt to transfer to other areas of the shirt. 

 

Superstore Printing process:

Please be aware that if you come into Saints Superstore to purchase printing on a new or existing shirt, the printing service will close 30 minutes before the close of the store to allow the printer to cool down to a safe temperature before the store closes. This is a health and safety requirement. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Saints and O'Neills Sportswear are delighted to introduce the Away Replica Shirt for the 2019 BetFred Super League Season.

    For this season we have reverted back to a colourway that has always proved popular with both Players and fans alike, namely Sky Blue and Navy.

    The shirt is predominantly sky blue but it fades into navy blue up towards the shoulders with striped details running through the length of the body. The sleeves are sky blue with a navy faded band around the cuff.

    There is a new shaped neck-line in navy with elasticated back of neck for ease of putting on and off.

    Our front of away shirt sponsors for 2019 are once again Crabbies  and their logo sits nicely under the navy vee. Right of chest shirt sponsors are RCL, with collar sponsors University Centre St.Helens.

    Sleeve sponsors on the Adult shirts are once again Totally Wicked and MyProtein, with Betfred sponsors logo on the right sleeve.

    On the reverse of the shirt, long-term shoulder sponsors are Hattons Solicitors, with A-Star Recruitment on the lower back. The back of collar sponsor is again Totally Wicked.

    Saints Replica version shirts are produced in the UK by O’Neills from a fabric called Koolite. Koolite is breathable, cool and offers high wicking properties for enhanced wearer comfort. It also compromises anti-bacterial properties keeping the shirt and you fresh, with good shape retention after multiple washing.

    Matching shorts plus socks are available and compliment the shirt giving it a strong solid look.

    Available in adult sizes X-Small through to 7XL.

    Also available in Ladies, Children’s and Infant sizes.

    What are the UK delivery options and costs?
    We have two types of delivery, standard delivery and next day delivery. Standard delivery is charged at £4.50. Guaranteed Next day delivery is charged at £17.00.

    Do you do overseas delivery and what are the costs?
    Delivery to European countries is charged at £10.00. Delivery to the rest of the world is charged at £15.00.

    How long will delivery take?
    Standard delivery can take from 3-5 working days.

    Please Note: Next day delivery is guaranteed if your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after this time and between Friday to Sunday cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery. Currently Suspended

  • RETURN POLICY

    Returns Policy
    Saints Superstore want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused with its original packaging where possible and must be in a re-saleable condition; this includes no writing or instructions on the packaging. All SALE items can only be exchanged for similar items or vouchers.
     

    How do I return or exchange an item?
    To return or exchange an item simply pack up and return the goods in relevant packaging with your reason for return or exchange. Then post the item back to us. The address to return it to is: Saints Superstore, Totally Wicked Stadium, McManus Drive, St Helens Merseyside. WA9 3AL. Please note that Personalised shirts cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers fault in the shirt.If you are exchanging a product we will then send out a replacement once the original has been delivered back to us. There will be a return charge of 5.90 for goods exchanged to cover postal costs.

    What should I do if an item is broken or faulty?
    Firstly you should inform the team at Saints Direct by emailing them at webstore@saints.com telling them the fault with the goods. Then post the item back to us. The address to return it to is: Saints Superstore, Totally Wicked Stadium, McManus Drive, St Helens Merseyside. WA9 3AL.
