Printing
Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous season's Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before having your printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. We cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.


Washing Instructions
In order to preserve your shirt personalisation, we advise that personalised shirts are washed inside out and without fabric conditioner. Do not tumble dry the shirt as this may cause the printing to loosen. Please do not dry your shirts on radiators as this may cause the inks in the shirt to transfer to other areas of the shirt. 

 

Superstore Printing process:

Please be aware that if you come into Saints Superstore to purchase printing on a new or existing shirt, the printing service will close 30 minutes before the close of the store to allow the printer to cool down to a safe temperature before the store closes. This is a health and safety requirement. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

    We are delighted to unveil Saints Ladies Away Shirt for the 2022 Betfred Super League Season.

    The shirt is predominantly black with a shallow Green vee made up of tiny lines. The collar is trimmed in green. The top of the shoulders at the back contains the same Green pattern across the back of the shoulders. 

    Our new front of Shirt sponsors for 2022 are Home Bargains and their logo sits nicely underneath the red on the chest. 

    Right of chest shirt sponsors for 2021 are Kinaxia Logistics, with collar sponsors once again St.Helens College.

    Right Sleeve sponsors on the Home Adult shirts are once again Totally Wicked with N4 and Boardrm joining us on the left sleeve.  

    On the reverse of the shirt, we welcome Bartercard across the back of the shoulders, with A-Star Recruitment on the lower back hem. The back of collar sponsor continues to be Totally Wicked.

    The kit will be complimented by black shorts carrying the vee design pattern up both sides and Black socks.

    Available in Ladies Sizes L8 to L20. Ladies fit shirts are shorter in length, slimmer on the arms and shoulders and shaped through the waist. 

    Also available in Adult sizes X-Small through to 7XL, Children’s Sizes Age 5/6yrs to 13yrs and Infant/Toddler sizes.

    Personalisation is available in store and on-line, subject to availability, and subject to squad lists for the season being confirmed.

    What are the UK delivery options and costs?
    We have two types of delivery, standard delivery and next day delivery. Standard delivery is charged at £2.50 (promo price)  Guaranteed Next day delivery is charged at £17.00.

    Do you do overseas delivery and what are the costs?
    Delivery to European countries is charged at £10.00. Delivery to the rest of the world is charged at £15.00.

    How long will delivery take?
    Standard UK delivery can take from 3-5 working days.

  • RETURN POLICY

    Returns Policy
    Saints Superstore want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused with its original packaging where possible and must be in a re-saleable condition; this includes no writing or instructions on the packaging. All SALE items can only be exchanged for similar items or vouchers.
     

    How do I return or exchange an item?
    To return or exchange an item simply pack up and return the goods in relevant packaging with your reason for return or exchange. Then post the item back to us. The address to return it to is: Saints Superstore, Totally Wicked Stadium, McManus Drive, St Helens Merseyside. WA9 3AL. Please note that Personalised shirts cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers fault in the shirt.If you are exchanging a product we will then send out a replacement once the original has been delivered back to us. There will be a return charge of 5.90 for goods exchanged to cover postal costs.

    What should I do if an item is broken or faulty?
    Firstly you should inform the team at Saints Direct by emailing them at webstore@saints.com telling them the fault with the goods. Then post the item back to us. The address to return it to is: Saints Superstore, Totally Wicked Stadium, McManus Drive, St Helens Merseyside. WA9 3AL. Once we have received the item we will send out a replacement and riemburse the postage costs.You can call the Web store on 01744 455075.
