As advised by the British Government we are being asked to stay alert and continue with Social Distancing where possible during the Covid-19 Pandemic, people who are using Public Transport or shopping, are advised to wear face coverings.

These Saints Face coverings are white with the club logo and famous Red Vee in the style of our 2021 Home shirt on them. They are a lightweight material with Elastic on both ends to ensure a closer fit.

They are an aid to help to reduce the spread of infections. They can be washed (min 40 degrees) and re-used many times, however please note these are not Medical Grade safety masks and as such should not be used in cases of excessive contact with persons showing symptoms of Covid-19.

What are the UK delivery options and costs?
We have two types of delivery, standard delivery and next day delivery. Standard delivery is charged at £4.50. Guaranteed Next day delivery is charged at £17.00.

Do you do overseas delivery and what are the costs?
Delivery to European countries is charged at £10.00. Delivery to the rest of the world is charged at £15.00.

How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery can take from 3-5 working days.

Please Note: Next day delivery is guaranteed if your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after this time and between Friday to Sunday cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery. Currently Suspended

Returns Policy
Saints Superstore want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused with its original packaging where possible and must be in a re-saleable condition; this includes no writing or instructions on the packaging. All SALE items can only be exchanged for similar items or vouchers.
 

How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item simply pack up and return the goods in relevant packaging with your reason for return or exchange. Then post the item back to us. The address to return it to is: Saints Superstore, Totally Wicked Stadium, McManus Drive, St Helens Merseyside. WA9 3AL. Please note that Personalised shirts cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers fault in the shirt.If you are exchanging a product we will then send out a replacement once the original has been delivered back to us. There will be a return charge of 5.90 for goods exchanged to cover postal costs.

What should I do if an item is broken or faulty?
Firstly you should inform the team at Saints Direct by emailing them at webstore@saints.com telling them the fault with the goods. Then post the item back to us. The address to return it to is: Saints Superstore, Totally Wicked Stadium, McManus Drive, St Helens Merseyside. WA9 3AL.
