Saints Superstore want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused with its original packaging where possible and must be in a re-saleable condition; this includes no writing or instructions on the packaging. All SALE items can only be exchanged for similar items or vouchers.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item simply pack up and return the goods in relevant packaging with your reason for return or exchange. Then post the item back to us. Please note that Personalised shirts cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers fault in the shirt.If you are exchanging a product we will then send out a replacement once the original has been delivered back to us. There will be a return charge of 5.90 for goods exchanged to cover postal costs.
What should I do if an item is broken or faulty?
Firstly you should inform the team at Saints Direct by emailing them at email@example.com telling them the fault with the goods. Then post the item back to us.
