What are the UK delivery options and costs?

Standard delivery is charged at £4.50. This is a tracked service using Royal Mail. Subject to weight and size restrictions.
St Helens cannot accept responsibility for delays from the couriers.  

Do you do overseas delivery and what are the costs?

International Delivery

Due to ongoing Customs issues, we are no longer able to dispatch orders to the Republic of Ireland.

EUROPE - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - £17.00 on orders up to 1kg. 
REST OF WORLD ZONE 1 - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - £27.00 on orders up to 1kg.
REST OF WORLD ZONE 2 - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - £30.00 on orders up to 1kg.
REST OF WORLD ZONE 3 - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - £31 on orders up to 1kg.

Additional charges will apply to orders weighing over one kilogram.

Returns Policy
Saints Superstore want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused with its original packaging where possible and must be in a re-saleable condition; this includes no writing or instructions on the packaging.

Please note: - All SALE items can only be exchanged for similar items or for a Gift Card to the value.

How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item simply pack up and return the goods in relevant packaging with your reason for return or exchange. Then post the item back to us. The address to return it to is: Saints Superstore, BrewDog Stadium, McManus Drive, St Helens Merseyside. WA9 3AL. Please note that Personalised shirts cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers fault in the shirt.If you are exchanging a product we will then send out a replacement once the original has been delivered back to us. There will be a return charge of £4.50 for goods exchanged to cover postal costs.

What should I do if an item is broken or faulty?
Firstly you should inform the team at Saints Direct by emailing them at [email protected] telling them the fault with the goods. Then post the item back to us. The address to return it to is: Saints Superstore, BrewDog Stadium, McManus Drive, St Helens Merseyside. WA9 3AL. Once we have received the item we will send out a replacement and reimburse the postage costs. You can call the Web store on 01744 455075.
